Outsource Negotiation

 

 Under this option; MBS manages the entire negotiation process with minimal interruption of the finance workflow. MBS directs all meetings, data collection and analysis, and is responsible for delivering final rates.
The goal in managed care contracting is to create a coherent framework for treatment and payment decisions that is as flexible and cooperative as possible for both payers and providers. The goal rarely is achieved with a generic contract that ignores the circumstances and interests unique to a particular payer and provider.
