Batch Data Entry

Batch data entry is traditional data entry. Data is typically read from a printed or handwritten source by the operator and keyed in.  Furthermore, the keyed data is typically saved in records (or rows) in a file (or batch) and subsequently transmitted to the client.

Online Data Entry

Online Data Entry involves logging into a client system and entering data directly into their in-house application.  The most common connection is through a secure tunnel called a Virtual Private Network (VPN) over the internet.
Scan Entry
Printed or handwritten data sources are scanned converting paper files into electronic form. We have the capacity to index and scan any volume of documents in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. Scanning can be done at your location or ours.  Images are loaded onto a CD, DVD or loaded into an electronic document management system.
